Issues with buying and trying your chosen plugin *UPDATE
We have seen that you are currently experiencing problems in your ability to download your chosen Iray plugins. We firstly want to apologise for the inconvenience caused and want to give you a brief explanation as to why this has happened. We use a third party platform with regard to our email system. It has been brought to our attention only recently that an API within this platform has been discontinued, causing the form completions on your plugin try page to fail. At the moment, we unfortunately don't have an estimated fix time for this problem, but are working around the clock to rectify the situation.
*UPDATE - We have now rectified the issue that you were encountering and you should now be able to buy and try your chosen plugin. Again, we can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
